      <description>Our client, an established meeting and housing management group, seeking Senior Program Manager for immediate employment. This position leads a dedicated group of professionals producing and managing registration services for our portfolio of clients. The desired candidate must possess the following skills and experience: 
Proficient in hands-on web design, utilizing Front Page, HTML, and other web development tools Capable of graphic and image management, using PhotoShop and other tools Must have two years experience in current online registration technology (Certain Meetings a plus) Must possess minimum of two years experience in managing a team of program managers Experience in managing housing registration and rooming list coordination with hotels Knowledgeable in meeting technology, including RFID/NFC tracking, 1D and 2D bar codes, scanners, attendee engagement technology, and mobile meetings applications Able to produce creative and original name badges, tickets, and other printed collateral materials. 
A creative background and understanding in email marketing, web animation and other electronic communications is also desirable. 
The chosen candidate will be able to support clients and attendees by phone and email, and be able to manage multiple programs at any given time. 
Ability to comfortably implement advanced meeting technology, such as onsite badge production, onsite check-in, social messaging, audience polling, lead retrieval, and attendance tracking technology is also required.

Position: 
The Senior Sales Manager will be an experienced sales professional with extensive knowledge of the DMC world. Current location is not important as long as the person is interested in moving to Las Vegas. The Senior Sales Manager reports to the General Manager and this key position will manage sales and development of events and programs through lead generation, sales, client site inspections, program scope and budget development and project approval. The Senior Sales Manager will manage these processes working with the operations staff. 
Primary Responsibilities: 
: Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. : Ensure that all proposals and other sales correspondence is correct, proofed, and meets clients' needs and budgets. : Converting lead she/he would receive into a meaningful business. : Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. : Arrange conduct site inspection for clients : Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. : Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. : Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. : Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. : Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. : Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives. : Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses. : Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Compensation:
Compensation includes an annual base salary plus a generous sales commission. Benefits package will also be provided.</description>

      <description>Our client a leading Destination Management &amp;amp; Event Production company is expanding and is in search of a Program Manager in the Los Angeles Area.
This important team member will manage logistical elements of high-end corporate, incentive, and association programs; review and implement the program itinerary; serve as the primary operations contact to the client contact; direct vendors and on-site staff, liaise with hotel convention services.
Qualifications: 
A minimum 2 years' similar operations experience (and references) within an incentive company, DMC, attraction, or related organization. Must demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent organization and time-management, thoroughness and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Good computer skills a must (including MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook). Flexible, impeccable positive attitude and evening and weekend availability.
Other Criteria: 
Strong math skills; customer service oriented; self-managed and goal oriented; good people, presentation and writing skills; ability to work in a team environment and be a motivating influence.
