      <description>Deployment Manager needed to be part of an application infrastructure and operations delivery team. 
Location: Pleasanton, CA 
You will act as the central focal point for delivering IT solutions to the production operational environment. This position brings cross-functional technical team members together during the introductory phase of the project to create an orchestra for production changes. You will manage processes for introducing changes into production, ensuring adherence to best practices and IT change management policies and procedures. In addition, you will evaluate risks, develop risk mitigation plans, detailed deployment and back out plans to deploy the changes to production. 
Qualifications: 
-         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. 
-         6 years of experience in J2EE/Portal development experience and/or deployment of medium to complex applications with J2EE. 
-         J2EE experience with N tier architecture. 
-         Portal experience using web services and service oriented architecture. 
-         Experience with Solaris, AIX and Linux. 
-         Experience in handling Design WebServices and deployment. 
-         Experienced on SOA. 
-         Experienced on Virtualization technology. 
-         Understanding of Load balancing, Web Server Plug-ins and JVM. 
-         Understanding of security guidelines SOX and PCI. 
-         Experience using Remedy or other change management tools. 
-         Expert in Microsoft office suite of products. 
-         Experience working with Oracle databases (understand stored procedures, triggers, SQL). 
-         Experience with change management processes. 
-         Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
-         Strong negotiation and planning skills including resource supply and demand planning 
-         Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage effectively with ambiguous requirements. 
-         Experience in fast-paced work environment (Agile) and waterfall and how to integrate them. 
-         Exercise considerable judgment to make decisions for less defined and complex issues. 
-         Healthcare experience, and ITIL certification is a plus. 
Responsibilities: 
-         Accountable for managing small to large deployments and new Web Presence Platform for all planned releases and emergency changes. 
-         Mentor other team members on change management process.
-         Assess deployment readiness of proposed production changes.
-         Evaluate risk of introducing a change to production and create risk matrix at very early stage of deployment planning. 
-         Validate operational environment for production readiness. 
-         Establish deployment approaches to major application releases and patches. 
-         Create deployment support matrix. 
-         Coordinate deployment planning meetings to document clear/concise steps including the following for each task: Approximate start and end time, Resource required to complete the task, Estimated task duration. 
-         Create dry-run and roll back plans. 
-         Coordinate dry run of the change plan in a non-production environment. 
-         Coordinate dry-run of the roll back plan using a pre-defined model in a non-production environment. 
-         Create multiple change management records in support of introducing the change. 
-         Represent the change to various Change Approval Boards and acquire all necessary approvals. 
-         Provide deployment resource estimates to release managers. 
-         Partner with release manager for decisions impacting the release. 
-         Prepare deployment checklist. 
-         Coordinate with IBM SO for assignment of engineers to support change. 
-         Coordinate resources and test plan for post go live validation. 
-         Lead technical bridge during approved change window. 
-         Execute the approved detailed deployment as planned.  
-         Document issues identified as part of the change and follow up on resolutions to inform go/no go decision. 
-         Escalate to management during the deployment as needed. 
-         Communicate the release event to a broader group. 
-         Mentor other team members on change management process.

Daily Responsibilities:

-         Work closely with the applications development teams through Business Relationship Management (BRMs), guiding developers in best practices related to using the underlying Storage Infrastructure and assisting them in resolving performance problems. 
-         Ensure that communication and collaboration between the Suppliers, IT, and other third-party providers is working effectively and efficiently to include ensuring that the Project Executive and governance teams are kept up-to-date of any service level issues and remediation plans, leading the Management Committee governance meetings, and participating in other governance forums as needed. 
-         Work with IT on design and architecture; recommend improvements to systems design and architecture for both systems and applications. 
-         Analyze key performance indicators and submit recommendations to governance committees on changes or additions to the existing Service Level Agreement; identify Supplier and internal provider opportunities for service improvement, innovation and cost management.
 
Experience Level: 6+ years  
 
Skill Set: Administration, SAN technologies, storage provisioning, device group manipulation of EMC's SRDF, EMC Control Center (ECC) and EMC's Storage Scope.
 
Qualifications: 
 
-         Experience in at least one or more of the following Storage Product Vendor subsystem products is required: IBM, EMC, Hitachi. 
-         Troubleshooting experience required. Experience analyzing performance problems in a load testing or production environment

      <description>Programmer Analyst needed to provide Clarity development and production support BOXI/InfoView and Crystal Enterprise to the ROC Regions.
Location: Atlanta, GA 
You will responsible for performance monitoring on InfoView and optimization of reports. 
Responsibilities: 
-         Monitor Batch jobs for the Interfaces. 
-         Perform programmer changes for Production Support. 
-         Perform extracts/imports as requested. 
-         Includes weekend and holiday on call support. 
Qualifications: 
-         7+ years providing support in a technical environment, reporting support environment preferred. 
-         5+ years experience with writing reports from relational databases. 
-         5+ years experience with report development utilizing reporting tools (Business Objects, Cognos, SQL, SAS,etc. Teradata preferred). 
-         3+ years experience with Epic/Clarity. 
-         Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
-         Knowledge and experience in hardware and software in multiple computing platforms (IBM AIX, UNIX, MVS).
-         Knowledge of Healthcare systems for Clinical Care, Practice Management.
-         Experience with developing web content. 
-         Experience working in large corporations.
-         Experience with production support.
-         Some experience with Project Management.

-         Mumps Database Administration 
-         EPIC Bridges Certification/Knowledge

-         Work with hardware and software vendors to implement new laboratory instruments, software packages and system changes. 
-         Work closely with business owners to define and document user requirements for complex programs and program modifications. Provide recommendations for processes improvements. 
-         Provide technical support and guidance to others in department in areas of programming or testing techniques, standards, documentation, application systems and operating systems. May monitor the work of junior staff to assure that programs are accessible and easily maintained, and that they have been tested and verified with actual data. 
 
Requirements: 
 
-         Must have experience with Cache 8 or Ensemble. 
 
Degree required: 
-         Major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Administration, Engineering or Laboratory Science.
-         8+ years experience in programming and system development with demonstrated abilities in providing innovative and solid solutions for business problems. 
-         Prior experience in the healthcare industry desirable. 
 
Special Skills: 
-         Innovative problem solver with excellent analytical skills. 
-         Ability to prepare a clear detailed and polished documentation product.

-         Strong problem solving and analytical skills. 
-         Ability to work independently and within a team and interact effectively with business partners 
-         Effective leader and communicator 
-         PMP certification preferred (Will consider candidates who are in the process of becoming PMP certified).
